Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen en bestellingen bij 5SR 3D, Coenecoop 7 B, 2741 PG Waddinxveen, KvK 95317341, info@5sr3d.nl. Door een bestelling te plaatsen accepteert de klant deze voorwaarden.
Productinformatie, compatibiliteit en prijzen worden zo duidelijk mogelijk weergegeven. Consumentenprijzen zijn inclusief 21% btw; verzendkosten worden vóór betaling getoond. Een overeenkomst ontstaat na bevestiging van de bestelling. Betaling verloopt via de aangeboden betaalmethoden van Mollie.
Producten, verzending en klachten
Vóór 23:00 besteld, morgen verzonden. Dit is een verzendbelofte en geen gegarandeerde bezorgdatum. Vertraging bij de bezorgdienst kan buiten onze invloed liggen; het wettelijke risico blijft bij 5SR 3D totdat de consument het product ontvangt.
Controleer vóór bestelling altijd de gekozen maat, uitvoering, toepassing en compatibiliteit zoals vermeld op de productpagina. Wettelijke garantie blijft volledig van toepassing. Meld defecten, verkeerde leveringen of klachten zo snel mogelijk via info@5sr3d.nl. Voor herroeping en retouren geldt de pagina Retourneren / Returns.

These terms apply to all offers and orders from 5SR 3D, Coenecoop 7 B, 2741 PG Waddinxveen, Chamber of Commerce 95317341, info@5sr3d.nl. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Product information, compatibility and prices are displayed as clearly as possible. Consumer prices include 21% VAT; shipping costs are shown before payment. A contract is formed after the order is confirmed. Payment is processed through the available Mollie payment methods.
Products, dispatch, returns and complaints
Order before 23:00, ships tomorrow. This is a dispatch promise, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays may be outside our control; legal risk remains with 5SR 3D until the consumer receives the product.
Before ordering, always check the selected size, version, intended use and compatibility as stated on the product page. Statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable. Report defects, incorrect deliveries or complaints as soon as possible to info@5sr3d.nl. The Retourneren / Returns page applies to withdrawal and returns. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the customer’s country of residence.
